It is with regret that we say good-bye to Katie Blizzard Kiedrowski, our Director of Marketing and Business Development for the past five years. Katie is leaving us to pursue a new chapter of her life in Washington state’s Olympic Peninsula and we wish her all the best.
Sad as we are to see her go, we couldn’t ask for a better replacement than Sam Cadwallader. After fifteen years in the green industry he has become known for his professionalism, easy going manner, and firm commitment to serving his clients. In addition, Sam has served the real estate industry as a whole through numerous leadership positions including BOMA Board of Directors member; President of BIA Cares, the charitable wing of the Building Industry Association; and as a mentor for IREM’s REstart program, which helps homeless men and women transition into careers in property management.
Sam will take over the marketing and new business development for Four Seasons Tree Care, representing the company at industry events, and providing an invaluable line of communication to our clients. He will work closely with our account management and sales team to ensure that our customers continue to receive proposals and service customized exactly to their needs.
Sam lives in Encinitas and enjoys surfing, snowboarding, and travel. During his most recent trip he saw the Northern Lights, visited hot springs and attended a music festival in Iceland.
