About Sam Cadwallader
Sam manages all aspects of the company’s marketing and branding, including client outreach and education, publications, online presence and industry involvement. In addition, he works with our executive team to develop and execute strategies for company growth. While a member of BOMA, Sam has served on the Board of Directors, chaired the Community Service Committee, and chaired the Emerging Leaders committee. He also received the Associate Member of the Year Award in 2012 and the Innovator of the Year Award in 2015.
About Oscar Milla
Oscar’s 14 years’ of experience as a property manager were the ideal preparation for his role with Four Seasons. Charged with the growth and day-to-day management of his book of accounts, Oscar’s understanding of the challenges facing property managers gives him a unique insight into the needs of our clients.
About Steve Hawkesworth
A great addition to our account management team, Steve is responsible for communicating with clients to ensure that we help them achieve their unique goals for each property. Combining technical knowhow with interpersonal skills, Steve keeps tree care running smoothly at his accounts.
About Mike Stock
Coming from an operational and logistics background, Mike has been a great fit for our account management team. He holds memberships at both CAI and BOMA where he focuses on building and maintaining relationships with clients while doing his part to contribute to the HOA and commercial property management industries. We’re thrilled that he’s part of our team!
About Abraham Cruz
Abraham oversees all aspects of our crews’ work from the hiring process, to coordinating training, to scheduling. A critical aspect of his job is the management of our safety program, which is maintained above industry standards.
