COVID-19 Update

Dear Valued Clients,

The top priority at Four Seasons Tree Care is the safety and the well-being of our employees and clients. Regardless of the environment, this is our top priority every day. We also recognize and understand that you all have concerns about the coronavirus. Therefore, I personally want to update you on everything that we are doing to provide a safe environment for you, your family, and our team members.

  • First: We have carefully reviewed our operations, solely from the client’s perspective. The operations review determined that we are able to continue all of our professional tree care services, whether it be general tree care, plant health care, or emergency services while abiding by the current state and federal government mandates. We are privileged that our employees get to work outdoors in small teams.
  • Second: We are taking several additional actions to help you feel confident about your health and safety while we are performing tree service. We have asked the crews to create space between themselves and any resident that might cross their path in the field. Also, we are frequently cleaning and disinfecting all crew vehicles and equipment taken out into the community.
  • Third: We are closely monitoring the latest developments and following the guidance of the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). We are also continuing our policy of asking employees who are sick to stay home. If anyone has a fever or becomes sick while at work, we will immediately release them.

We hope that these measures give you confidence that we are taking the necessary precautions in this evolving situation.

On behalf of everyone at Four Seasons Tree Care, thank you for the trust you put in us to perform your tree services.

Best regards,

Bryan Moller
